Export Logistics & Documentation Support
U.S. exports with booking, inland pickup, and documentation coordination — so your cargo clears, sails, and arrives without surprises.
What export support means in practice
Exporting is a documentation business as much as a transportation business. The commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and AES/EEI filing all have to agree with each other and arrive before the cutoff — or the cargo doesn't sail. Export logistics is the discipline of getting the paperwork and the freight to the port at the same time.
Conveyco supports U.S. exporters with the whole sequence: inland pickup at origin, port drayage, ocean or air booking, and export documentation coordination. As a licensed NVOCC we control the international ocean leg ourselves and can issue our own bills of lading, and we coordinate with overseas agents for destination handling. Customs matters on both ends are coordinated through licensed customs broker partners.
We work with first-time exporters and ongoing export programs alike — including the agricultural and manufactured goods that move out of Minnesota and the Upper Midwest every week. Whether your container ships from the Gulf, the East Coast, or the West Coast, the coordination runs from our Burnsville, MN office.

Why exporters ship with Conveyco
Cutoffs are unforgiving: miss a document cutoff by an hour and the container rolls a week. Because one team coordinates your inland pickup, the drayage, the booking, and the paperwork, the deadlines are managed together — and if something slips upstream, we adjust the plan before it becomes a rolled booking.
If your export benefits from consolidation, our Burnsville, Minnesota facility and nationwide partner network can transload and stage freight into containers ready for the port.
